If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern.

2. Dorchester Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Dorchester, you must:

Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Dorchester Rental Agreement. 3. Reservations and Payment

Bookings may be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Dorchester branch. A booking deposit could be requested to confirm your reservation. Full payment and the security deposit are usually payable when the vehicle is collected. All rates are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return at Dorchester

On collection from Dorchester, inspect the vehicle carefully and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by both parties. Return the vehicle in the same condition as when collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage identified on return will be assessed and charged to you.

Sub-leasing to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed...

Violating these restrictions may prompt Dorchester to terminate rentals and impose fees.

8. Limitation of Dorchester's Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Dorchester will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to Dorchester for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Dorchester)

These Terms for Dorchester are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.

10. Changes to Dorchester Terms
